According to the narrative, in his first prophetic dream Jucelino is said to have seen the tragedy of the Space Shuttle Challenger, which would occur years later.

On March 15, 1979, a letter is said to have reached Japan's Imperial Household Agency.
“The Emperor will fall asleep on a winter morning.”
The letter, reportedly sent by a young Brazilian, is said to have been retained as a confidential document by the Imperial Household Agency.
According to the account, it described in detail the symptoms that the Emperor would experience and even the time at which his life would come to an end.
Ten years later, the prediction is said to have materialized.
At 6:33 a.m. on January 7, 1989, Emperor Shōwa died.
According to the narrative, the circumstances were precisely those recorded in the letter.
A man identified as Ryo Tanaka, who is said to have worked in the records division of the Imperial Household Agency, reportedly testified in 2015 to the existence of this letter.
He is said to have declared:
“At the time, it was treated merely as another fanatical letter. However, as events unfolded, everyone involved was deeply shaken by the coincidences between the contents of the letter and reality.”
One description is said to have attracted particular attention:
“In the silence of the morning, all the birds stop singing at the same time.”
According to the narrative, this phenomenon also occurred exactly as described.
The existence of this prediction is said to have remained strictly protected for thirty years as part of confidential documentation relating to the Imperial Family.
Yet this was said to be only the beginning of the predictions concerning Japan.

And eventually, the time would come when one of the predictions concerning Japan would reportedly become reality.
The Warning About the Great East Japan Earthquake
On November 8, 2007, a letter is said to have reached the Japanese Embassy in Brazil.
It reportedly contained the following warning:
“A gigantic wave will engulf the country of the East.”
The letter is said to have included still more specific descriptions:
“The atomic reactor will be submerged by seawater.”
“On the afternoon of March 11, the Pacific Plate will rupture the fault.”
Three years and four months later, the Great East Japan Earthquake occurred.
The tsunami struck the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, creating a situation that, according to the narrative, unfolded as had been predicted.
Remarkably, the letter is said even to have mentioned a magnitude close to 9.0.
The existence of this prediction was reportedly later revealed through testimony from a former employee of Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to him:
“The letter truly existed. However, its contents were so specific and frightening that no one took it seriously. As a result, we allowed a valuable warning to pass unnoticed.”

A researcher identified as Maria Santos, presented as a member of the responsible team, reportedly named this phenomenon:

In a book published in Japan, he also spoke of a radical increase in global temperatures, including in Japan, particularly from 2022 onward.
According to the original account, Japan subsequently experienced a pronounced change in temperature broadly resembling what had been described in one of his publications.
In 2025, Japan reportedly reached 41.8°C during a historic summer, while in 2026 a temperature of 41.1°C was recorded in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture, in central Japan.
According to the narrative, these developments corresponded with what had been predicted by Jucelino Luz.
He maintains that conditions may continue to worsen with each passing year.
He also spoke about the subsidence of Jakarta, Indonesia, the subsidence of Tokyo, Japan, and the severe consequences that the planet could face.
The original account further refers to wars such as the conflict between Russia and Ukraine; the beginning of conflict involving Israel, the United States, and Iran; the deaths of political leaders; attacks against Donald Trump; major earthquakes in Japan; volcanic activity at Mount Shinmoe in Japan; and the eruption of Anak Krakatoa, near Jakarta, which the text associates with September 5, 2026.
It also refers to major climatic problems and worldwide economic difficulties between 2020 and 2027, which, according to the narrative, were partly prolonged by COVID-19, wars between nations, and failures of global administration.
The account further mentions the advance of the far right in Germany in 2026, together with several other significant subjects which, according to the narrative, materialized in connection with his prophecies.
Could Human Beings Possess an Ability to Perceive the Future?
In 2020, a team of researchers at the California Institute of Technology is said to have made a remarkable discovery.
The special pattern reportedly observed in Jucelino's brain waves was also said to have been detected — although much more weakly — in ordinary people during meditation.
The team reportedly suggested:
“It is possible that all human beings possess some capacity to perceive the future.”
Finally, the prophet is said to have declared:
“We all have the power to change the future. This is not a prophecy, but a possibility.”
Perhaps the true meaning of these words is precisely the greatest truth concealed behind all these predictions.
