Planet Earth Will Undergo Major Transformations Beginning in 2026

Humanity is entering a period that may be marked by significant natural, environmental, and geological transformations. Beginning in 2026, according to the premonitions and predictions of Jucelino Luz, different regions of the planet may experience significant seismic events, some of them of considerable magnitude.

Rather than causing fear or concern, these predictions should serve as a call to human awareness. Regardless of how each individual interprets such premonitions, there is a reality that cannot be ignored: we live on a dynamic planet that is constantly undergoing change, while human activity places increasing pressure on the environment.

Predictions for 2026

According to the premonitions announced by Jucelino Luz, the year 2026 may witness several earthquakes in different regions of the world.

Among the predicted events are two powerful earthquakes, measuring approximately magnitude 7.0, which would strike Venezuela on June 24, 2026, only a few seconds apart.

At the end of July, another earthquake of approximately magnitude 7.0 would strike southern Japan. Subsequently, on August 10, 2026, an earthquake of similar magnitude would occur in Colombia.

Only five days later, on August 15, another powerful earthquake would strike the region of Flores Island, Indonesia.

Lower-intensity seismic events have also been mentioned in Spain, particularly in Granada and the Andalusia region, including tremors approaching magnitude 4.0.

Should a succession of events of this nature occur, it would naturally raise questions about what is happening to our planet.

Through his premonitions, Jucelino Luz has been warning of the possibility of significant geological changes, including the emergence and expansion of cracks and underground alterations in different regions. Some of these concerns were also presented in his book “Revelations,” published in 2005.

However, it is essential to make a responsible distinction: predictions and premonitions do not constitute predestination and should always be considered alongside scientifically established conclusions. Science studies earthquakes through geology, seismology, fault analysis, and the movement of tectonic plates. To date, there is no scientific method capable of determining with absolute precision the date, location, and magnitude of a future earthquake.

The Movement of Tectonic Plates and Earthquakes

The Earth’s surface is composed of large tectonic plates that remain in constant motion, generally moving only a few centimeters per year.

Over years, decades, or even centuries, stresses may accumulate in areas where these plates interact. When the strength of the rocks is exceeded, a sudden rupture occurs, releasing energy and causing what we know as an earthquake.

This is a natural process and has been part of the Earth’s dynamics for millions of years.

Furthermore, earthquakes occurring in nearby regions may, under certain circumstances, be related to one another. A major earthquake can redistribute stress within the Earth’s crust and influence nearby faults that are already subjected to high levels of stress.

This does not, however, mean that earthquakes occurring in widely separated regions necessarily have a direct relationship with one another. The Andes, the Caribbean, Japan, Indonesia, and the Iberian Peninsula, for example, have distinct tectonic settings.

Therefore, the occurrence of several earthquakes within a short period does not, in itself, constitute scientific evidence that the entire planet has entered a single, synchronized phase of accelerated tectonic activity.

Humanity’s Responsibility Toward the Planet

There is, however, another issue that deserves much deeper reflection.

Regardless of predictions concerning earthquakes, humanity has been profoundly altering the environment.

Over the course of decades, enormous quantities of oil, gas, iron, copper, and countless other minerals have been extracted from nature. These resources are exploited and displaced, potentially contributing to instabilities within the Earth’s structure. At the same time, forests are destroyed, rivers are contaminated, ecosystems are altered, and natural resources are exploited with ever-increasing intensity.

Care must be taken when directly associating these activities with major tectonic earthquakes, since not all mineral extraction causes earthquakes of this nature, although such activities can produce significant underground disturbances and fractures. Nevertheless, certain human activities—such as specific forms of mining, large reservoirs, and the extraction or injection of fluids underground—may, under particular circumstances, be associated with what is known as induced seismicity.

Yet there is an even greater question: how far are we willing to alter the planet solely in the pursuit of profit?

This may be one of the most important questions of our time.

The Earth cannot continue to be treated as though its resources were infinite. Economic development is necessary, but it must advance together with environmental responsibility, scientific knowledge, and respect for future generations.

When we extract natural resources without proper planning, destroy ecosystems for immediate gain, and place economic interests above the preservation of life, we are not merely damaging the environment—we are jeopardizing the future of our own children and grandchildren.

Awareness Must Begin with Humanity

Perhaps the greatest warning does not lie solely beneath the Earth.

It lies within ourselves.

Humanity has developed extraordinary technologies, achieved scientific advances once considered unimaginable, and acquired an immense capacity to transform the planet. However, all this power must be accompanied by an equally important evolution in human consciousness.

We must understand that we are not the absolute owners of the Earth. We are part of it.

What we do to the environment, directly or indirectly, ultimately affects humanity itself. Destroying forests, contaminating oceans, wasting natural resources, and indiscriminately exploiting the planet means reducing the possibility of a dignified life for those who will come after us.

We cannot wait for a major tragedy before we begin to appreciate what we have.

We should not need to lose lives in order to understand the value of prevention.

Nor should we need to witness the destruction of cities, families, and communities before realizing that solidarity, responsibility, and respect for life must take precedence over individual and economic interests.

Prevention, Responsibility, and Unity

Earthquakes are part of the Earth’s natural dynamics and will continue to occur. We cannot prevent the movement of tectonic plates, but we can drastically reduce the human consequences of many disasters through safer construction, warning systems, urban planning, education, community preparedness, and responsible public policies.

Being prepared does not mean living in fear.

It means valuing life.

Every family should understand the risks present in its region, seek information from competent authorities, and know how to respond in an emergency.

Likewise, governments, companies, and institutions must understand that prevention is not a waste of money: it is an investment in the preservation of human life.

A Message to Humanity

The possible transformations we may witness in the coming years should be regarded not only as natural events, but also as an opportunity for reflection.

Perhaps humanity’s greatest challenge is not to predict exactly when the Earth will tremble.

The true challenge is to determine how prepared we will be when it happens and what kind of planet we will leave to future generations.

There are natural changes that form part of the Earth’s cycles and that humanity will never be able to prevent. However, there is also environmental damage that can be reduced—and much of it depends directly on the choices we make.

We must replace indifference with responsibility, wastefulness with awareness, uncontrolled exploitation with balance, and individualism with solidarity.

Caring for the planet does not simply mean protecting trees, rivers, oceans, or animals. It means protecting humanity itself.

The Earth will continue to exist and transform, as it has done for billions of years. The fundamental question is whether we, as human beings, will possess sufficient wisdom to understand its limits, respect its cycles, and preserve the conditions necessary for future generations to live on it as well.

For this reason, this message should not be interpreted as an invitation to fear, but rather as a call for awareness, prevention, responsibility, and unity among human beings.

Some of the Greatest Challenges Humanity May Face Through 2043

Among the major challenges that humanity may face through 2043 are:

Global warming, including extreme heat and extreme cold; an increase in hurricanes, typhoons, cyclones, tornadoes, storms, and floods; rising sea levels; an increase in earthquakes ranging from magnitude 6.0 to 9.0 on the Richter scale; the possibility of experiencing only two predominant seasons during the year—summer and winter; large-scale migration and immigration; pollution of rivers; water shortages; a continuing decline in the planet’s oxygen levels; an increase in wildfires and uncontrolled burning; severe droughts; declining agricultural production leading to food shortages; increasing poverty; and other related challenges.

In the face of a major tragedy, nationality, religion, economic status, and cultural differences matter very little. We are all human beings inhabiting the same planet.

And perhaps this is one of the greatest lessons we need to learn:

The Earth is our common home, and caring for it is the responsibility of us all.
